If you need anything go to them! They are the most caring and kind team I’ve ever gone to. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist but now (while I still am anxious) I feel taken care of and ready to keep my smile perfect. Shout out to my girl Holly she is the best receptionist ever. I was so nervous for my first cavity filly she even held my hand for me. Thank you guys for everything!

Brought my sister to Journey Dental for a procedure, my sister was super nervous but ready to be out of pain. Dr. Hoover & her staff are just heaven sent!! Office is super clean with top state of the art equipment!!! Dr Hoover was gentle and patient with my sister during her extraction talked to my sister through out her entire procedure and was just so so sweet! If anyone in the Kissimmee area needing a caring, loving and passionate Dentist, Journey Dental is the place to go! Thank you Dr. Hoover & Staff for all you do 🩷

What an amazing experience with Journey dental so far! Everyone so caring, no judgements, helpful and understanding of my fears. Had my initial visit where I explained my concerns and budget limitations and Dr Hoover was totally supportive and listened! Today had my deep cleaning and extractions with oral sedation and it’s the first time that I don’t leave a dental procedure in pain and traumatized. Highly recommend! The offices has the feel of a family business but all the design, tech and support of a big corporation.

Great experience at this dental office. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, we were greeted with genuine kindness that immediately put us at ease. The staff was also very professional. They made both my son and I feel comfortable, not like a typical dental visit. The team is highly knowledgeable and took the time to ensure we understood everything, It never felt like a rushed appointment or that we were just another patient on the schedule—they took their time, explained everything clearly, and created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. My son especially felt comfortable, which speaks volumes about their patience and care. The office itself is modern, very clean, and equipped with up-to-date technology, which added to the overall sense of confidence and comfort during our visit. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a high standard in every aspect of their practice. This will absolutely be our permanent dental office moving forward. I would highly recommend Journey Dental to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and top-quality dental experience.

Where do I start! My husband and I have a dental phobia due to extreme bad experiences! FROM THE MOMENT i walked in Holly is very welcoming! From the Hygienist who helped the doctor! So sweet and patient! The doctor so loving and sweet as well. All beautiful ladies with big hearts compassion and understanding l. They make sure you feel comfortable the doctor guides you step by step on what shes doing in your mouth. I am going to have a cleaning and experiencing sensitivity so she will provide me with a great number gel to help and offered a laughing gas to calm my anxiety if needed! This was just my first appointment. After treatment plan we sat with Holly to coordinate appointments and to go over any cost. I am 100% satisfied and HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I purchased the toothbrush they have and paste! Ask for it! My Husband and I will stay with them for all our dental care.
